DAMAGED ITEMS
Here at iManifest, we make sure that every order is checked thoroughly before it is sent out to you and we will only send products that are in the best possible condition.
We send our products in protective boxes/mail bags, but, sometimes once posted, items may become damaged in transit. If this is the case, simply photograph your damaged items and email them to us at imanifestchange@gmail.com, and providing we still have your item in stock we will send you a replacement completely free of charge. If we do not have your item in stock we will issue you a refund for the damaged item.
You have 14 working days to notify us upon receiving your damaged item. If we are not notified within this time we cannot replace it for you nor a refund will be given. We will not accept returns nor give refunds for items that have general wear and tear made by the consumer.
CHANGE OF HEART
If you simply change your mind about your item, you are more than welcome to return it. But please be aware, we do not cover shipping costs for the return of your item and this must be paid by yourself.
You have 14 working days upon receiving your order to notify us if you would like to return it.
Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

EXCLUSIONS
We cannot accept returns on sale items, items sold in our 'imperfect' category, or gift card purchases.
We cannot accept returns on personalized items.
We cannot accept returns on earrings or body jewelry due to hygiene reasons. Please see our jewelry care guide for tips on how to keep your jewelry looking fresh and sparkly.

We are currently only shipping orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays so please bare this in mind when ordering.
Orders will be shipped 1-3 days after the purchase date.
If the product sells out due to popularity, please allow us 7-10 days for restocking and shipping.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will email/text you your tracking information.
